01 Nature of Our Services
Sycnapstradez.com is an EdTech and trader evaluation platform. We provide educational resources, trading challenges, and evaluation programs designed to identify and develop skilled traders.
Upon successful completion of our evaluation programs, participants may be offered the opportunity to trade with our proprietary capital, subject to specific agreements.
We are not a SEBI-registered broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not accept public funds, provide investment advice, or facilitate direct trading on behalf of the public. All trading activities are for evaluation purposes or with our proprietary capital.
02 Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
03 Account Registration & Security
- You must register for an account to access certain features. Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Trader ID and password).
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or false information.
04 Trading Challenges & Evaluation
Each program has specific rules, objectives, and parameters including profit targets, daily drawdown limits, maximum drawdown limits, and minimum trading days. You agree to strictly adhere to these rules.
- Failure to comply with rules will result in termination of your participation in that program.
- Fees paid for challenges are non-refundable once the account is activated.
- Capital provided for trading in funded accounts is our proprietary capital.
05 Fees & Payments
- Participation requires payment of a one-time fee as specified on our Platform.
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (UPI).
- Fees are non-refundable once your trading account is activated, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
06 Profit Split & Payouts
- Upon successful completion of an evaluation program, you will be eligible for a profit split as outlined in your specific program agreement.
- Payouts are typically processed monthly via UPI or Bank Transfer, subject to KYC verification.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹5,000.
- We reserve the right to withhold payouts if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
07 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading practices
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bypass security measures
- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
- Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
08 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose all or more of your initial capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through applicable legal channels in India.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement.
